Burnout cycles
You go hard. Then you collapse. Then you go hard again.
→ The system swings between full output and shutdown, with nothing in between.
- Good weeks and lost weeks, on repeat
- You cannot sustain what you start
- The crash arrives without much warning
- You keep believing this time will be different
What's actually happening
The crash is not weakness. It is the correction to the push. The way out is not more discipline at the top — it is taking less, so there is less to fall from.
Practices
Start with whichever is most available to you right now. The first groups tend to work soonest; the later ones build over time.
Breath
- Alternate-Nostril Breathing
The most powerful of the breaths for cleansing the energy pathways — and, by working both sides in turn, a balancer of the whole system.
- Coherent Breathing
Bringing the heart and mind into a single, even rhythm.
- Spinal Breathing
The deepest and most complete of all the breath practices: opening the central channel and drawing the life force upward.
Awareness
- Energy Body Awareness
Holding awareness on the entire energy body as a unified whole — the most powerful practice for direct inner transformation. Where other practices work on the energy body indirectly, this one places awareness on it directly. The effect is immediate and far- reaching.
- Holistic Subtle Bodies Awareness
Shining the light of awareness on the entire layers of being at once — physical, emotional, mental, and energetic simultaneously. More holistic and grounding than Energy Body Awareness alone, and more stabilising. It is the most powerful practice for inner transformation in this lever — and also the most demanding. It requires considerable awareness and skill as a prerequisite; the practices that precede it here are not merely preparation but the foundation that makes this one possible.
