what to eat

Moving beyond dogmatic diets to directly observing how specific foods affect the energy and clarity of the human system. The practice of fuelling the body with living, sun- charged, high-water-content foods to build a clean, conductive physical vehicle.
The ultimate test of any food is simple: does it give more energy than it costs to digest? If a food leaves you feeling heavy, lethargic, or mentally foggy, it is a net-negative transaction — draining your vital energy rather than restoring it.
Traditional understanding recognises foods through their energetic properties: some create restless, chaotic heat (excessive spice, deep-fried fats, extreme salt), while others create dull, heavy stagnation (highly processed foods, chemical preservatives, stale or reheated leftovers).
The most natural foods for the human system are those found directly in nature, unaltered.
Fresh vegetables, fruits, and organic whole foods are living structures — because they possess their original cellular integrity and are naturally rich in water, they pass through the digestive system cleanly, leaving minimal residue while flooding the cells with active life force.
The sun-to-cell rule: Look at your plate and ask: how many steps removed is this from the sun and the soil? An apple from a tree is one step — full of life force. An apple pulverised, mixed with synthetic chemicals, baked into a packaged product, and left on a shelf for a month is entirely dead. Eat as close to the sun as possible.
High-water-content eating: Do not rely on drinking alone for hydration — eat your water. Fresh fruits and vegetables are 80–90% water. This natural fluid is structured by the plant to be absorbed directly into the cells, continuously flushing the channels and keeping the body’s internal ecosystem clean.
Avoiding friction agents: Observe the effect of heavy fats, refined sugars, excessive salt, and extreme spices. While they may stimulate the taste buds, they destabilise the nervous system — forcing the digestive organs to work in overdrive and stealing life force from the brain and the higher energy centres.
Objective somatic observation: Abandon strict dietary labels and dogmas — every biological system has unique needs. Instead, become a master observer. Eat a specific food, sit quietly for 30 minutes, and observe the result honestly. Is your mind sharp? Is your body light? Is your breath clear? Let the energetic feedback of your own system dictate what you eat.
