Savasana

Total integration — the most important position in the practice.
Lying completely still after active practice gives the nervous system the conditions it needs to absorb the shift that has occurred. What moves during practice settles and is saved in stillness. Skipping this phase means losing much of what was opened.
Lie flat on the back, feet falling open naturally, palms facing up. Release all muscular holding — let the body be completely heavy. Do not move. Breathe naturally and let the awareness rest without directing it anywhere. Hold for at least 5–10 minutes after any substantial practice.
Occasional writing on the levers, the practices, and how to actually work with them.
